Joining the Bloom waitlist does not guarantee access to the Service. We may onboard waitlisted users in our sole discretion based on capacity, geography, portfolio size, and other factors. Waitlist participation imposes no payment obligation on you and creates no obligation on us to provide service.

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Bloom and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bloom and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
